Meiho's Project Management

Transparency

Traditionally, construction projects in Japan are undertaken by one main contractor as a lump-sum contract. Clients tend to be concerned if the outcome of the project will fulfill their true needs and if the cost is appropriate. Also, the relationship between the contractor and suppliers may not be transparent. Meiho’s corporate philosophy is ‘Fairness’ and ‘Transparency’. Based on these values, we provide PM services through open book method, to ensure projects are implemented to the full satisfaction of clients.

Local Practice

We are here to support foreign affiliated clients launching their construction project in Japan. Our services vary in sectors of hotel development, factory construction, commercial building construction, data center development, entertainment facilities construction and office interior fit-out and more.
The capital expenditure is hard to capture if you are not familiar with Japanese construction market. With our local expertise, we will be able to compile your needs and requirements and reflect these into your schematic design and develop a preliminary cost.
Our construction project management extend from feasibility phase to completion of the project.

Communication

We have a number of bilingual staff who are graduates of Western universities and many of them also have experience working overseas. Many projects are underway with bilingual staff playing a central role in project management executing smooth communication with overseas clients. Meiho’s PM services are not merely about monitoring the progress of the project, we also create value by exerting our expertise, and by vigorously pursuing the client’s policy and cost efficiency. With these truly client-orientated services we gain trust and continuously build strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Business Process Collaboration

We have adopted tele-work by utilizing ICT, and have established a unique Business Process Collaboration (BPC) System. This is a web information sharing system in which clients can freely access whenever and from wherever they require. With this system, project information can be seen on a real-time basis regardless of where you are based in the world, and decision-making can be made without delay.
If clients have their own information sharing system, it can also be utilized.
