- New construction project of the specialty store zone "LUCUA" which is the center of OSAKA STATION CITY "NORTH GATE BUILDING" in the JR Osaka Station, the gateway to Osaka City.
- We supported the successful achievement of the project by controlling cost from the design phase to the construction phase.

Project Outline

- We took part in the project from the procurement phase, and managed the schedule and costs to support the implementation of the customer's project.

Project Outline
- Renewal project to respond to the change from a master lease type (entire Facilities lease) SC to a direct lease type (individual tenant lease) SC in a large-scale commercial facility.
- We developed a schematic design for facility modification, including the renewal of key facilities. We assisted in setting up a fair bidding environment to select the optimum design-build contractor.
- We took part in the project to support development of a schematic design (facility), selection of designers/builders (proposal system), and construction management.

- We realized energy-saving and space creation by optimization of the installed capacity, installation method and layout.
- We also provided a management service from the schematic designning phase to the completion, in order to optimize the specifications and construction costs by organizing a competitive environment, and support the completion of the construction while continuing sales activities.
