Project Outline
- Part of the development project for the Jissen 120th Memorial Square. Constructed university and junior college building with 17 stories above ground consisting of seismically isolated structures on the demolition site of the former junior and senior high school gymnasium.
- We, as the PM service provider, supported the facilitation of the overall project for about 8 years, from the development plan of the Shibuya school site starting in 2006 to the completion, including the memorial gymnasium and the alumni association hall.
- We also provided management services to support procurement and delivery for the incidental facilities, such as the furniture, AV-ICT environment, kitchen equipment and etc. and lightened greatly the burden on the client.

Project Outline
- Part of the campus redevelopment project. Demolished the existing school building to construct a new school building. Building No. 1 was completed along with the phase 1 construction that was completed in 2010.
- Developed the studios for the Department of Photography and the Department of Imaging Art of the Faculty of Arts in phase 1 and the various rooms for the Department of Interactive Media and Department of Games in phase 2.
- We took part in the project from the design phase, and provided a design management service, procurement support and a construction management service. We also supported the procurement of the studio equipment and AV equipment.

- To propose the earliest and feasible schedule for usage, and economical plan not to build temp school building during construction.
- Total 6-year project from basic plan until completion.
- Meiho implemented basic plan, procurement for design-build contract, design management, and progressing construction management. Management for Audio and visual facilities and auxiliary facilities including ICT is progressing for the meantime.
- Completion will be in July 2018.

Project Outline
- PM service in public construction (Elementary school reconstruction work).
- We are selected through a public tender proposal for PM service aimed at supporting the advanced technical ability concerning design and construction, by introducing the vitality of the private sector.
- We provided a management service in the designer selection phase, basic design phase, detailed design phase and procurement phase to support the smooth implementation of the project.
- Simultaneously, we delivered the schematic design for two elementary schools (Funabori Elementary School and Daini Kasai Elementary School) to select a designer for the subsequent years.
